01The service

XocialAI helps you draft, review, schedule, and publish social media posts, and generates text and images with AI to assist that work. Features and limits depend on your plan.

02Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. One account is for one business. You must have the right to publish to any social account you connect.

03Acceptable use

Do not use the service to produce or publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, hateful, or that infringes the rights of others. Do not attempt to bypass usage limits or interfere with the service.

04AI generated content

AI output can be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and approving every post before it is published. Nothing is published without your approval.

05Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments, which is the merchant of record for all our orders and handles billing enquiries and returns.

You can upgrade, switch or cancel at any time from Billing. Canceling stops future renewals. Your first paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and after it payments are not refunded except where the law requires, as described in the Refund Policy.

Most usage limits reset at the start of each calendar month. The Free plan includes 60 published posts in total. That limit does not reset, and deleting a post does not give its place back.

06Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms. On deletion, your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

07Disclaimer

The service is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous three months.

08Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
