Refund Policy
Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. How the trial, cancellations, plan changes and refunds work.

01Who handles payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for every XocialAI order, and it takes each payment and issues any refund to the payment method you used.
027-day free trial
Your first paid subscription (Starter or Pro) starts with a 7-day free trial. You enter a card at checkout, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. When it ends, the card is charged for the plan you are on and the subscription renews monthly. The trial applies once per account and is not offered again after your first subscription.
03Canceling during the trial
You can cancel the trial at any time from Billing. You move to the Free plan right away and you are not charged. What you have already used in the current calendar month counts toward the Free plan's limits.
04After the trial
You can cancel at any time from Billing. Canceling stops future renewals, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Payments are not refunded, including renewals and the unused part of a period, except where the law requires it.
05The Free plan
The Free plan needs no card and costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. It includes 60 published posts in total. That is a lifetime limit: it does not reset each month, and deleting a post does not give its place back. Starter and Pro have no limit on published posts.
06Changing plans
Switching plans during the trial is free, and the trial keeps running. You are charged the new plan's price when it ends. After the trial, switching is prorated: an upgrade charges the difference for the rest of the current period, and a downgrade's difference is credited toward your future payments rather than paid back.
07Refunds the law requires, and contact
Where the law gives you a right to a refund, it is honored. To ask, use the link in your Dodo Payments receipt email, or go to dodopayments.com and look up your order. You can also contact Xubitar through xubitar.com and we will help.
